Through this service, you have the opportunity to exchange your original diamond for a new one, maintaining its original value.

Conditions for the Selection of the New Diamond:

• The new diamond chosen for refurbishment must meet a minimum value criterion, equivalent to twice the value of the diamond being exchanged, according to the price indicated on the initial purchase invoice. This condition ensures that the selection of the new diamond represents a significant and tangible improvement, reflecting the client's commitment to investing in a piece of greater value and prestige.
• It is necessary to have the original certificate in good condition to access this option.
• If the customer initially purchased a lab-created diamond, the exchange option will be limited exclusively to another diamond of similar origin, i.e., one created in a lab.
• The diamond must be in perfect condition to be eligible for the refurbishment benefit.
• The diamond subject to refurbishment will be considered by the Company up to the same price originally paid by the customer. However, it may be valued at a lower amount if the Company determines that the current market value of the diamond has decreased compared to the price originally paid. The Company will value the diamond subject to refurbishment on account, based on the current market value determined at the Company's discretion, and the offer will be presented to the Customer. This value will be established considering characteristics such as the approximate size, color, and clarity of the diamond. It is important to note that, regardless of fluctuations in market value or current or future offers by the Company, the maximum value that will be recognized for the diamond in the refurbishment process will not exceed the price originally paid by the Customer.
• This renewal benefit will be exclusively applicable to the holder of the original purchase order. To access this benefit, the holder must present a valid official ID that matches the name under which the piece was purchased. This measure seeks to ensure the legitimacy and security of the renewal process, guaranteeing that only the original purchaser can exercise this special right associated with their purchase.

Reservation of Rights on Renewal Applications:

The company reserves the right to decline any renewal request at its sole discretion. It is important to note that the terms are subject to change at any time without notice. If you wish to take advantage of the renewal benefit, we recommend reviewing the terms on the same day you plan to complete the transaction.
